Seeking flow is tricky during lockdown. Many of the ways of staying connected and coping are not available right now. So, I'm seeking flow in the creation of music. I hope you enjoy!

During the pandemic lockdown, I've had varying degrees of success with feeling fully engaged with life. It's been weird to have to shift the ways we interact with friends and family. Obviously, there's a lot of good that can come out of this ... AND it's been very challenging.
When life feels this way, I turn to making music, so that's what I've done. Some of this process has been cathartic, some meditative, and some like pulling teeth. But all-in-all, recording this album has helped me to find my flow.
And that's why I'm so excited to share my album, "Finding FLOW", with you! Eight introspective instrumentals, but don't be fooled - they are not all one style.
